CIOs across the United States have spoken for the seventh year in a row: Red Hat continues to be a top IT vendor for delivering value. The CIO Insight 2010 Vendor Value survey, which polled nearly 700 IT decision-makers on how they perceive the value of their IT vendors’ product and service offerings, ranked Red Hat in the top three vendors for meeting expectations for increasing revenue and lowering costs and meeting quality expectations.
